First UCC Leadership Retreat with Rev. Delle McCormick
On February 19th several members of First Church joined Rev. Delle McCormick on an 8 hour retreat. We celebrated with one another and laid out a vision for the church. The vision was created using a tree format. The roots represented the roots of the community of First Church, the knots represented the ideals of the church, the leaves represented our strengths, the branches showed our programs and the apples represented where we want our church to go. This was a great oppurtunity for the community of First UCC to make even stronger connections with one another.
