Sunday, April 30: STOMP! - U of A is bringing STOMP to Tucson and our youth want to go. Here's a bit about it: "Music, Dance, Theatre, Choreography or Performance Art? All of the above! Or is it non of the above. Well, both are sort of right...In a way. Confused? Read on...STOMP is a movement, of bodies, objects, but in non-traditional ways. There's no speech, no dialogue, not even a plot. So why go see STOMP? Well, have you eer composed a symphony using only matchbooks as instruments? Or created a dance routine based around sweeping? You may have done this a little, but get a group of rhythmically gifted, extremely coordinated bodies with definitive personalities, and you have the makings for STOMP". The youth will be going on 4/30 at 3pm. Tickets are $13 for group rate. We will be purchasing tickets from the U of A box office on 1/23/06. Please let Dacia know at allothersinuse@msn.com if you would like to attend. All are welcome to this event.
